All BLEACH terms and conditions will be agreed upon and put into effect by the purchase of your demo day reservation, as outlined on our website.

Welcome to Bleach! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Bleach provides demo reel production. Demo Day operates in a very free form, collaborative way. We will provide you with opportunities to be the featured character, and ask that in return you play the supporting character for the other actors when needed. This allows for the scenes to feel like they are pulled from a larger project, rather than intentionally set up. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

2. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services.
Payment can be made through the payment methods specified on our website.
Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect services already booked.
Bleach does not offer rescheduling for demo reel production. If you need to cancel your reservation, Bleach will refund the cost of your reservation minus a 200 dollar cancellation fee. If a cancellation is requested less than 10 days prior to the reservation, a 350 dollar cancellation fee will be charged.

3. Acquisition of Scripts and Materials

By submitting your script or other materials to Bleach, you grant us a worldwide license to use and display your work. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your work.

4. Image Release and Usage Rights

BLEACH reserves the right to record and use A/V images of each customer in the manner and for the purposes stated on the demo day reservation page and it’s operating procedures. BLEACH reserves the right to use still images or video excerpts from the Demo Day for general promotional purposes by BLEACH and partner organisations in the future without need to notify the customer.

5. Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Any scripts or materials you submit, prior to being deemed fit for distribution, will be treated with respect and kept confidential. However, we cannot guarantee complete security and privacy due to the nature of online communications.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bleach provides services "as is" and makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the results of our services. We do not guarantee success in the film industry, as outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bleach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any materials submitted, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles, California.

9. Changes to Terms

BLEACH reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
